Enhancements - What’s New!

A New Look

We’ve reordered several menus and renamed a few things to make navigating BayIQ easier. Please review the most important changes below:

• Prospects are now called Non-Rewards Members

• Transaction Report is now called Rewards Transactions

• SMS is now called Text

• Campaign Builder is now List Builder:

Use this feature to build lists of rewards and non-rewards customers based on the filter(s) you select. You’ll find it in the same place, just with a new name!

Market Page

We’ve moved all of the options on the Market Page to one drop down menu called Options. Here’s where you’ll find the following options:

• Import Employees
• Data Match
• Deactivate
• Edit
• Delete

Promotion Management

Now you’ll be able to see whether or not a promotion is active by looking at the Active column on the Promotion Management screen. False will appear for any promotions labeled as “inactive” or have an end date in the past.
