How to Enroll a Customer in Your Rewards Program
From within a repair order for the customer, you would like to register, click on the BayIQ button in the middle right of the screen.
A new window will open. At the top of the window, enter the customer’s email address, and then click the ‘Search by Email’ button.
If the customer has already registered for Rewards from an email or other source, their rewards profile will then be displayed, and you can skip to the next section.
If the customer has not yet registered, you’ll see a ‘Not able to locate’ notification appear. If this happens, click ‘Ok’ and then click ‘New Reward Customer’ in the bottom left.
After clicking, a new window will open with all of the customer’s profile information. Verify that all of the information is correct and ensure that the ‘Virtual Card’ box is checked and the card field is blank. Once you have verified all of the above, click ‘Submit Reward Customer’ to complete the registration.

The customer is now registered for the BayIQ Rewards Program.
How to Redeem Rewards on a Repair Order
From within a Repair Order, click the BayIQ button in the middle right of the screen.
If the customer is registered for the rewards program, their rewards profile will be displayed showing their available points and bonuses.
Note: If you see a search screen appear, refer to the How to Enroll a Customer in Your Rewards Program section of this article.
If you would like to redeem points for the customer, add the dollar amount you want to apply to the ‘Points Dollard to Use’ field. If you would like to redeem a bonus, check the box next to the bonus you would like to apply.
Once you have made your selection, click the ‘Post Selected’ button to add the line item to the repair order.
Next, click the ‘Discount’ button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will open a new window where you can then confirm the amount of the discount, and apply the discount to either the Parts or Labor category. Once completed, click ‘Exit’.
The discount will be applied, and any bonus or points will be removed from the rewards account when the repair order is closed.
