You can modify the number of columns and what appears in those columns in both the Tech View and Workflow View of the Today’s Vehicle Page (TVP). These different column configurations can be saved in the settings of the TVP.
This allows you to set up different configurations for different role and responsibilities that there may be in the shop.

General Functionality
How do you change the number of columns dedicated to one workflow step or technician?
You can adjust the number of columns dedicated to a particular technician by changing the number next to the drop-down selection of the workflow step or tech name.
Note: Remember to save any changes you would like to add to the configuration otherwise all changes made will be reverted once the SA logs out.
How do you change the number of columns shown on your Tech View or Workflow View?
- Go to TVP Settings
- Select the number of columns you would like to display
- Once your shop adds more technicians to the active technician list the number of columns will increase to accommodate the staff size.
How do you save a column configuration?
Once you have set up your preferred column configuration to include the appropriate number of overall columns, and technician/workflow steps, you can save it for quick access in the future.
- Go to TVP settings
- Click Manage
3. Either save a new configuration by giving it a new name or update one that has been previously created.
Note: You can only edit configurations you have created. You have access to display configurations that someone else may have created but you will not be able to edit it.
Note: If you are logged out of the TVP, your TVP will open to the last configuration you had loaded once you log back in.
How do you open a saved column configuration?
- Go to TVP Settings
- Click LOAD A CONFIG
- Select the appropriate configuration.
How do you delete a saved column configuration?
- Go to TVP settings
- Click Manage
3. Click Delete next to the column configuration you would like to delete
Note: You can only edit or delete configurations you have created. The exception is that a user designated as the implementor in user settings can delete any column configuration.

- The implementer role is able delete any column configuration.
- To add the implementer role go to system settings > service advisors > then edit the user you would like to be the implementer > submit
