The data is updated automatically any time the work order is opened in Winworks and every 30 seconds.
Specific Details of Each Feature
Vehicle Information

VIN, license plate, and odometer are transferred. If any of those values are empty or different in Winworks, they will be updated to the value that has been entered into AutoVitals.
Inspection Information

Inspection URL

A link to the inspection result(s) appear in the “Statements/Attachments” section. Double-clicking on the URL automatically opens the inspection in your web browser.

Recommended Actions from the Inspection

Technician recommendations from the inspection are made visible in the “Recommendations” section of Winworks. The inspection topic is listed first, then the recommended actions are listed after the colon.
Jobs Information

Technician Assignment

If AutoVitals is used to assign technicians to jobs, the assignment will be imported back to Winworks.

Notes

Both the internal shop notes and customer-facing notes on the job in AutoVitals are made visible within the job details Winworks.

Job Completion

If the labor is marked 25, 50, or 75% complete in AutoVitals, the job will be marked “In process” in Winworks.

If the job is marked 100% complete in AutoVitals, the job will be marked “Complete”

Job Timers

Job timers from AutoVitals are imported to update the Actual Hours in Winworks.

Work Order Status

The status of work orders is always kept up-to-date in the work-in-progress screen of Winworks (“Look up Work Orders”). This is based on the percentage completion of labors in AutoVitals.

When any labor on the work order is > 0% complete, the work order is marked as “Started” / “In Process”

When all labors are 100% complete, the work order is “Completed”
