"Typically, when we see an issue where images do not upload, this could be caused due to a momentary internet issue or a glitch that affected the last image to attempt to upload. In order to resolve this issue, we recommend following these steps:
1. Go to your tablet where the pictures were taken on the Active Vehicles screen (screen with all the vehicle tiles on the app)
2. Click on the cloud icon on the top right (this will open the picture upload queue where you can see if images failed to upload and try to upload them again)
3. If there are multiple pictures queued and awaiting upload, please force close the app and reopen it. This is intended to restart the upload of the images.
4. If the above steps have not resolved the issue, please force close the app again, toggle the wifi off then back on within the settings of the iPad itself, and reopen the application.
5. If uploads have not been completed, please attempt to delete the image where uploads stopped (there will be a delete icon next to the image in the upload queue). This image may be corrupted and cause uploads to fail.
6. If none of the above steps work, please download all images to the tablet. After images are downloaded to the camera roll, please uninstall and reinstall the application. After the application has been reinstalled, images can be uploaded from the camera roll for completed topics.
**NOTE - Images will be deleted if the application is uninstalled and cannot be recovered.**
