Overview

Offerings are a way for shops to present special offers, financing partners, or other unique attributes to customers on the inspection results page. Offerings are available on all inspection results templates.

Configuring Offerings

To configure offerings:

Open Shop Settings, navigate to Inspection and click Offerings
- In the Offerings section, you have up to 4 individual offerings
Select Activate Offering
Select the Position (Position is the order from left to right in which offerings will be shown)
Enter text, and links into the Content field
- Use rich text editor controls to format and link text
Optional: Select Choose Image to select an image from your device. The image will be placed at the top of the offering. This is typically used for a logo.
- The preferred image size is 200px by 80px. If the uploaded image is larger, it will be resized to fit
Preview the offering in the Preview tile on the right side of the screen
You can add or edit multiple offerings and click Submit Changes once to save all updates.

Offerings on the Inspection Results

Once configured and saved, offerings will appear on the inspection results, below the vehicle and shop information. Offerings will:

Scroll from left to right if more than 3 are enabled
Position 1 will be on the far left.
Position 2 and 3 will be middle, and right
Position 4 and 5 will require the user to use the scroll functionality to see them

Depending on the amount of Offerings the shop has active, they’ll be displayed as shown below.

Note: If 4 or more Offerings are active, a customer will need to scroll through offerings to see all of them
