Overview
Each shop has the option to display job(s) from the repair order on the Inspection Results (or not). Additionally, we can customize the label that shows to customers on their Inspection Results. Where and how this is displayed is dependent on the shop’s Inspection Results Template.
Settings & Configuration
To customize this setting, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your shop Settings
- Select the Workflow tab on the left
- Select General
Turn Jobs Performed ON or OFF
Use the Include jobs performed toggle to turn this setting ON or OFF
The Inspection Results will either include, or exclude any Job(s) on the Repair Order based on this setting:
ON | OFF |
Job(s) on the Repair Order will display | Job(s) on the Repair Order will NOT display |
Customize Jobs Performed Label
Update the Jobs Performed Label to change what's shown on the Inspection Results.
By default, this will read "Services Being Performed" unless changed.
