The following information is sent back to Mitchell when “INSP” is selected:

• VIN

• License plate

• Odometer (in)

Inspections

Inspection URL

A new labor line will be added to the repair order in Mitchell titled “Inspection type: [name of inspection sheet in AutoVitals]”.

• The Work Performed field will include:

  • URL for the inspection report

  • Technician who performed the inspection

Inspection Recommendations

Recommended canned jobs from the inspection are pushed back to Mitchell:

• If the inspection sheet is configured with canned jobs and a Technician selects a canned job as a recommendation action on the inspection, that canned job will be added to the Revisions/Sub-Estimate in Mitchell. If the canned job has parts or other items connected to it in Mitchell, all of those items will be added as well.

• Each Recommended Canned Job will be added to the Revisions/Sub-Estimate in Mitchell

• One labor line will be added, called “NOTES/IMAGES” to include additional information for each of the recommendations:

  • Inspection topic where they were recommended

  • Technician’s customer-facing notes

  • Image/video URL(s) from that topic

Note: All notes, images, etc associated with recommended canned jobs will appear as part of this (one) “NOTES/IMAGES” labor line

Jobs (Parts/Labor) Information

A new labor line will be added to the repair order in Mitchell titled “NOTES/IMAGES” to house all additional information related to jobs on the repair order:

• Image/video URL(s)

• Technician’s customer-facing notes
