- Customer name

How to Send Information from Autovitals to Mitchell
On Today’s Vehicles Page with the RO open, there is a button on the Repair Order header
UPDATE SF ADD-ON will send all of the information available, including VIN, license plate, odometer in, canned jobs from the inspection, job line notes & images, as well as an inspection URL

From the Autovitals.x app, the technician can easily gather vehicle-specific information right from the home page.
- Press the VIN button to open the camera and scan the VIN tag of the vehicle and this will automatically add the VIN as well as trim level, engine, and drivetrain options
- Press the ENTER ODO button to enter the IN mileage
- Press the Plate button to manually enter the license plate

Once this information is gathered, you will be able to see this information on the Repair Order Tile pop-up
After the Service Advisor presses the UPDATE SF ADD-ON button for the current Repair Order, by pressing the (1) INSP button on the SmartFlow Add-On, the (2) VIN, Year / Make, Model, Body Style, Engine / Fuel, Transmission, License, and Odometer In fields in Mitchell will be filled in with that information, as well as a note line added to the Order including the (3) Inspection URL
After the technician has completed the inspection on the Autovitals.x app, the URL for the inspection can be sent back to Mitchell. Additionally, if you have your Mitchell canned jobs integrated with your inspection sheet, those canned jobs can be sent back to a Sub-Estimate in Mitchell which can greatly decrease estimating time if utilized correctly.

Once the (1) EST button is pressed via the SmartFlow Add-On the configured canned job recommendations will populate as labor lines on the (2) Sub-Estimate of your choosing in Mitchell.
If the Technician adds information to an approved labor line, that information can be sent back to Mitchell.

Once the (1) JOB button is pressed via the SmartFlow Add-On, any (2) labor lines with approved Customer (3) Notes with (4) Images will update to display that information (Note: an Image on the specific labor line is required in order to have that labor line Note transferred)
