How to Register a Customer in Rewards

To register a customer in the rewards program, you'll follow the steps outlined below.
- First, use the BayIQ Terminal to Search for the Customer to ensure they're not already enrolled. You can use Last Name, Email, or Phone Number.
- If they're not enrolled already, select Register New Customer
- Input the Customer's Information. It's easiest to copy and paste this from Tekmetric's customer record or the side panel visible from a repair order:
- Once complete, select Submit.
- This will register the customer in the BayIQ rewards program. They will receive an email and/or text notification and will be able to quickly and easily log into their BayIQ customer portal to make any changes to contact information, vehicles, view shop information and specials, etc.
