The BayIQ Rewards Extension enables Tekmetric users to view and manage BayIQ customer loyalty data directly within the Tekmetric shop management interface.
Install the Chrome Extension
Access the BayIQ Rewards Extension on the Chrome Web Store here.
Log Into BayIQ
Select the BayIQ Rewards Extension from your Chrome Extension menu in the top right corner of your browser.
View Rewards Customers
On the job board, rewards customers have a gold ribbon icon on their customer tile or next to their name.
Select the ribbon icon to open the repair order and view available rewards.
When viewing a repair order, rewards customers are identified by the gold ribbon icon at the top labeled Rewards.
Redeem Rewards
View available rewards in the Chrome Extension sidebar, then select Redeem.
Then, select a bonus from the Redeem a Bonus menu or enter a dollar value to redeem points. Then select Generate Code.
The reward and certificate code will automatically apply under Discounts.
- For point redemptions, the dollar amount carries over automatically to the amount field on the RO.
- For bonus redemptions, the dollar amount does not carry over automatically to the amount field on the RO. Enter the dollar amount manually to remove the correct value from the invoice.
If the discount line item is deleted by mistake, create a new discount line item and paste the certificate code into the description.
To undo applying a reward, select Cancel in the Chrome Extension. The rewards will be returned to the customer's rewards account and the certificate will be removed from the work order.
Register a Customer for Rewards
Select a repair order or customer record that does not have a Rewards Icon. Then, open the Chrome Extension.
Next, select Register Customer and fill out the registration form. The registration form will be populated with the customer's email address. Please verify customer information before submitting.
The customer's available rewards will be displayed.
Search for a Rewards Customer
Search for an existing rewards account by selecting Search Customer.
Select a rewards account from the search results to view available rewards. If no rewards account is found, select Register New Customer.
