- Inspection topic
- Customer-facing notes
- A link to photos or videos
Note: A canned job is labor in MaxxTraxx, not a Job Kit
Inspection Information
After the Service Advisor clicks the INSP button via the SmartFlow Add-on, a new Reason for Service titled "Inspection Results" will be added to the RO in MaxxTraxx. This will contain a link to the inspection result and the name of the Technician who performed the inspection.
Vehicle Information
After the technician has completed the inspection on the AutoVitals.X mobile application, the URL for the inspection can be sent back to MaxxTraxx along with the vehicle information.
Tablet
