Review Approval & Moderation Process
All online reviews are subject to review and approval prior to publishing. Upon review from the Moderator, a review will not be published if it contains:
- Confidential or private information including: financial, medical, personnel file information or trade secrets
- Content that is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or is inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristics
- Content that is unrelated to the company’s products, or services
- Content that is clearly false or misleading
Appeal Process
Reviews will only be removed or edited in any way if:
- The customer provides written consent to edit or remove the review, to AutoVitals
- Upon appeal review, the Moderator determines an online review contains any of the following:
- Confidential or private information including: financial, medical, personnel file information or trade secrets
- Content that is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or is inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other intrinsic characteristics
- Content that is unrelated to the company’s products, or services
- Content that is clearly false or misleading
