Adding New Employees In PoS

Whichever Point of Sale or Shop Management system that you have connected to AutoVitals, needs to have the employee added to it first. Once the employee is added it can take from 20 minutes to 2 hours for an employee to appear in AutoVitals.

If you need this done and the techician is not appearing, please contact AutoVitals Support to expedite the process. You can check if the employee has been added to AutoVitals by doing the following:

1). Navigate to Inspection Settings–>

2). Users Tab –>

3). Service Advisors or Technicians–>

4). Login Codes Button
