FAQ
Q: I have the setting for the odometer out to be entered but I am still receiving vehicles that have been submitted by the technician with no odometer.
A: Technicians get prompted to fill out the odometer but they are never forced to enter it. They can click Ok on the odometer popup without entering an odometer. Techs are only prompted to enter the odometer out upon hitting submit if all jobs are marked 100% completed.
