Overview

Shops can configure how they’d like to display customer names on RO tiles in TVP.X. Currently a shop has the following options:

• Individual Customers

  • Show first name first

  • Show last name first

• Fleet Customers

  • Show business name

  • Show contact name 

Configuring Settings

To update or change these settings, follow the steps below:

• Log into http://shop.autovitals.com

• Navigate to the Workflow tab 

• Select the General tab
• See the section Customer name on tiles

• Here, determine how you’d like customer names to be displayed.

• After a selection has been made, select the Submit Changes button to save.

These settings will apply to TVP.X’s Tech View and Workflow View

Individual Customers

First Name First

Last Name First

Fleet Customers

Show Business Name

Show Contact Name

When Show contact name is selected, the naming convention will follow the same setting as Individual customers to show:

• Show first name first

• OR

• Show last name first
