Shops can determine if they would like to show (or not) timestamps on their images in customer inspection results.
Note: This only applies to Customer View and the actual Inspection Results sent, not Shop View.
Settings & Configuration
To turn this on or off, follow the steps below:
- Open shop settings
- Navigate to the Inspection tab
- Navigate to the setting Display Image Timestamps in Customer View
- Use the radio buttons to turn this setting on or off
- This will save automatically
Display Timestamps ON
When Display Image Timestamps in Customer View setting is ON, the date/timestamp will be displayed accordingly:
- Customer View: Preview of what the customer will see in their Inspection Results
- Shop View: Visible to the shop (only)
- Inspection Results: Results sent to customers via text message and/or email

Display Timestamps OFF
When Display Image Timestamps in Customer View setting is OFF, the date/timestamp will be displayed accordingly:
