We are excited to announce that we have rearranged all of our settings from the existing shop.autovitals pages into a new, more intuitive page!
We set out with a goal of decreasing the time it takes you to reach the configuration that best suits your shop's needs. Gone are the days of submitting a ticket or posting on our forum and waiting for a response to find that setting!
Once logged in, you’ll be presented with several helpful quick links to navigate the AutoVitals settings and platform. In this initial phase, you will still have access to our legacy settings by clicking in the bottom left-hand corner should you need to.
Here is an overview of what types of settings expect for each of the main sections
The shop info section is home to settings related to your business itself. This includes address, contact, and branding setup.
3rd Party Integrations
The 3rd Party Integration includes settings that control the integration with your point of sale or any payment and measurement products.
In the Communication section, you will find all of the settings that affect your communication with your customers, including a dedicated area to preview and test your messaging.
All unique settings for each staff member can be found in the Users section.
The Inspection section settings directly affect the inspection process at your shop. You will also find a link to the Configure Inspection Sheets page.
The Workflow section is home to settings directly affecting internal processes. The most obvious is the Workflow step configuration. Still, this section also includes general Workflow settings for all tech, all SAs, and the shop as a whole.
