NAPA TRACS Enterprise: Display of “Job” Type Items
In NAPA TRACS Enterprise, each item on the work order has an associated “type”. AutoVitals supports the grouping of labor, parts, sublets, and other “types” to the “Job” type. See below for the different scenarios of how jobs may be displayed in AutoVitals:
All items on the RO are associated with a "Job"
Any items associated with “Job” type items will now be shown in AutoVitals as a group as shown below.
NAPA TRACS:
RO contains both Job type items and parts or labor that are not part of a Job type item
If the RO contains at least one “Job” type item, labor lines that aren’t associated with a job will be displayed under a generic “Job”, as shown below:
NAPA TRACS:
RO does NOT contain any Job type items
If the repair order does not have any “job” items, then labor lines will be shown in a flat list (exactly like the previous behavior), as shown below:
