General Functionality

Navigate to the Brand Manager 

  1. Click on the hamburger menu icon 
  2. Hit the CRM tab 
  3. Choose "Email/Text Campaign"
  4. Select "Brand Manager"

Setup Your Branding

  1. Add your shop's logo or banner
  2. Current color palette display - created by the brand manager automatically or manually defined by you, the palette is based on the shop banner uploaded to AutoVitals
  3. Create a new color palette 
  4. Save the color palette 
  5. Restore Saved Palette - reverts any unsaved changes to the last saved color palette 
  6. Preview Window - review the color palette display of typical shop messages before saving

Create a New Color Palette 

  • Generate a new color palette by clicking on the "New Color Palette" button
  • Save the Color Palette if the updates are set 
  • Restore  to the Saved Palette if testing a new layout 
  • Input color palettes from other websites to customize to your taste

Edit/Change the Shop's Banner

Navigate to the TVP.x Shop Settings

  1. Click on Shop Info
  2. Select Brand Manager
  3. Choose a file to upload mceclip0.png

The following rules apply to your uploaded banner dimension when applied to all messages:

  • The banner can’t be shown bigger than its original size
  • The banner can’t be higher than 10em (~192px)
  • The banner should be at least 1200px wide
  • The banner can’t be wider than the page width
  • The banner always has the original proportions
  • Recommended size: 1200x170px
