Frequently Asked Questions
- Why is my campaign returning a low volume of unique motorists qualifying for this campaign?
- The campaign manager produces results based off of previous service history within AutoVitals. Ensure you are closing out your RO's in your POS and you are running the campaign at least 24 hours from the close date of the RO for the target audience you are hoping to reach.
- Why are my fleet customers not included in any campaigns?
- Currently fleet customers are excluded from CRM features.
- Why am I not able to view this section?
- Your package may not support this feature, for more information on signing up for this please reach out to your Advisor.

What happens with repeated campaigns?
-
Repeated campaigns automatically adjust the criteria as time goes by. Here are a few examples:
-
If a first-time customer campaign is configured as repeat campaign, let’s say for a time window of 4 weeks, being run every week, all recipients, who made an appointment will not be contacted the next time the campaign runs.
-
The time window will adjust automatically as time goes by. Let’s say you run a campaign for all visitors in the last 6 months every month, then every campaign moves forward by one month. After 6 months none of the original recipients will be part of the target audience anymore unless they had another visit to the shop.
