Setup & Configuration
To set up or edit Chat Canned Messages, navigate to shop settings:

Select the Workflow tab

Select the General tab

Select Technicians or Service Advisors tab near the top of the screen

Here, all current Chat Canned Messages are displayed:
Edit Chat Canned Messages

Select the Pencil Icon to edit an existing Chat Canned Message

Update the Message field
-
Select Update to save changes
Remove Chat Canned Messages
-
Select the Trash Icon to edit an existing Chat Canned Message

Select Yes, I am sure to save changes
Add New Chat Canned Messages
-
Select + Add Canned Message to add a new Chat Canned Message
-
Add your new Chat Canned Message in the Message field
-
Select Add Message to save changes
Note: Repeat the same steps above to edit, remove, or add Chat Canned Messages for Technicians.
Chat Canned Messages for Service Advisors
From the Today’s Vehicle Page (TVP), when a Service Advisor opens the Internal Chat, they’ll see all Chat Canned Messages are available to quickly select an option.
Note: Expand the More option to view all Chat Canned Messages available
