This article provides a step-by-step guide on how reward customers can redeem points and bonuses directly through their BayIQ customer portal.
Accessing the Customer Portal
In any communication from BayIQ, customers will find a link to log in to their customer portal. This link allows customers to access their portal without using a password.
Creating Rewards Certificates
Upon logging in, customers will find a rewards homepage. Look for the "Redeem Your Points" or "Redeem Your Bonuses" button prominently displayed.
Customers can select the desired reward and enter the dollar amount they want to redeem.
Clicking "Create Certificate" will generate a unique code. The unique code will be sent to customers via text or email.
Redeeming Your Reward
Customers can then show the email or text message with the unique MCCR# code and desired dollar amount to a staff member.
Staff members paste the unique code into a line item on the repair order. Be sure to apply the appropriate dollar discount to the repair order.
Once the transaction is completed, the repair order is sent to BayIQ. The BayIQ system recognizes the unique code and applies the appropriate reduction in points to the customer's rewards account.
