The BayIQ Customer Terminal is used to register new Rewards Customers and access existing rewards accounts.
Follow the steps below to learn how to register a customer for your Rewards program using the Customer Terminal.

Step 1 - Access the Customer Terminal
Select Customers, then Customer Terminal from the top menu bar in your dashboard.
Select your Market from the list, and the Customer Terminal will open in a new window.
Step 2 - Registration
Select Register New Customer from the Customer Terminal popup window.
Next, fill out the registration form with the customer's information and select Submit.
The customer has now been registered for rewards.
