In order to best assist our customers in the order requests are received, we don't answer the phone directly. Instead, leave a voicemail on our support line. The message will be transcribed to open a support ticket with the team and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

You can access the Help Center and open a Support Ticket from your BayIQ Dashboard. Here's how:
- Select Help along the top navigation bar
- Complete the form with as much information as possible
- Select Submit to open a support ticket with our team
