Welcome to AutoVitals! Once you sign in, you'll be greeted with the Today's Vehicle Page (TVP). This page displays all your active repair orders in the form of tiles. Here's a guide to organizing and managing this page efficiently.

Managing the Today's Vehicle Page
Setting Up Columns
Each technician should have their own column. To assign a technician to a column:
- Use the dropdown menu to select the desired technician for each column.
- The first column on the left is the No Tech Column for unassigned repair orders.
- If a technician has many vehicles, you can assign more than one column to a technician by changing the dropdown menu.
Assign the order of your technicians according to your preference.
Trimming Columns
To remove unnecessary columns:
- Click on your name icon at the top right.
- Go to Settings.
- Adjust the number of columns to match your technician count plus the No Tech column
Tile Management
- Use the Collapse/Expand button at the top to adjust tile sizes, allowing more tiles to fit per technician.
- Click on the Collapse/Expand button on any tile to view additional vehicle information.
Additional Settings
From the Setting pop-up:
- You can filter the TVP to show work orders assigned to a specific service advisor or leave it to display all.
- Set tiles to be initially collapsed if preferred.
- Enable notification sounds to alert you of messages or actions taken by technicians.
- Select the preferred sound using the dropdown menu.
- Adjust the volume using the slider.
Once your TVP is configured to your liking, save the configuration:
- Click Manage.
- Name and save the configuration.
- You can now load this configuration from any workstation.
Getting Help
Located on the side of the TVP, the green help button connects you directly to tech support.
Provide a title, detailed description, and screenshots if necessary.
