We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to announce updates to our Thank You & Reviews messages, coming October 24, 2024.

Frequency Settings
We’ve added more options for scheduling your Thank You messages. Aside from "Send Immediately at closeout," you can now choose the time of day for delivery.
Templates
We’ve created two new default templates and landing pages with a modern look. Text message recipients will see a landing page that matches the email's design.
Text Message Customization
You can now personalize the body of your text messages with custom language.
Call to Action Options
We’re introducing more Call to Action (CTA) choices:
- Review links
- Custom CTA
- No CTA
We'll Make it Right
We've created new landing pages to accompany the new template options.
We'll Make it Right Settings
New landing pages accompany our updated templates. When customers select "We’ll Make it Right" and provide feedback, you can now:
- Choose specific email addresses for notifications
- Receive emails to your failsafe address
- Show feedback as an incoming message in the Conversation Center
Leave a Review
If a customer selects Leave a Review, you can now direct them to any website using a Custom URL.
