Search Bar in System Settings
AutoVitals offers a wide range of settings to customize the experience for your shop and your customers. With the new search bar, users can quickly find specific settings without navigating through multiple sections.
Communication Preferences in Conversation Center
Select Settings to the right of the customer's name.
This opens the customer's communication preferences and contact information.
Company Name Field in "+Add Vehicle"
You can now add a Company Name to a customer directly in the +Add Vehicle workflow on the TVP.
Company Name Field in Customer Details
A field for “Company” is now visible under the Customer Details tab in the Customer Communication window.
Promised Time Visibility Settings
The RO Tile visibility setting options are now Low, Medium, and High.
Low Visibility - Promised Time is red but does not flash when overdue.
Medium Visibility - Promised Time is red and flashes when overdue.
High Visibility - Promised Time is red, flashes, and the RO tile is outlined when overdue.

Access Customer Communication from the RO
You can now access the Customer Communication window from the RO. Select the chat icon next to the customer's name.
The Customer Communication popup will appear.
Select All When Using View/Edit Recipients
When editing your recipients, use the checkboxes at the top of the column to select all.
Updated Service Reminder Landing Page
When customers click on Recommended Services in a Service Reminder, they’ll now be taken to a redesigned landing page with a fresh, modern look.
Welcome/Login Codes Now Accessible on the TVP
Access your Welcome codes and Login codes directly on the TVP by selected the menu button in the top left corner, then TVPX/Tablet Login Codes
Updated Inspection Report Email
The Work Order Inspection Report template has been refreshed for a cleaner look. It now presents messages with multiple inspection results more clearly and effectively.

Set "Friendly Name" for Inspection Sheets
You can now set a Friendly Name for inspection sheets! The Friendly Name is what the customer will see as the name of their Inspection.
Your customers will see this name displayed on their Inspection Results and in their Workflow Status Notification Email.

New Help Button on the TVP
The green Help button on the Today's Vehicle Page (TVP) now offers two options:
Technical Support – Opens the same ticket submission form as before.
General Help – Displays the shop’s advisor contact information, allowing them to email, call, text, or schedule a meeting for training, coaching, or general questions.

Campaign Manager Character Count Popup
To help you get the best results from your text campaigns, we’ve added a character count reminder in the Campaign Manager. Shorter messages tend to perform better, with higher engagement from your customers.
What’s Changed:
- The character count now includes your shop name, the call-to-action link, and the message signature (including the manage subscriptions link).
- If your message goes over 300 characters, you’ll see a one-time popup reminding you to keep it short and direct.

Ability to Add PDF to Inspection
You can now add a PDF to their Inspection or Work Order. Follow the same process you would to add an image:
- Select the plus icon and choose the PDF from your device.
- Hover over the PDF to view the file name.
- Select the red X icon to delete the PDF.
Shortened Text Message Signature
The link included in text messages for users to manage their communication settings has been shortened to decrease message length.

Customer Research Time Now Included in Search Results
When searching for a customer on the TVP, the search results now include the Customer Research Time (CRT).
Ability to Hide Inspection Sheet Name
Now, you can hide the Inspection Sheet Name on the inspection reports you send to customers by checking the box shown below:
New Automatic Logout Option - Daily Log Out
For Service Advisors, the Automatic Logout setting now includes an option for Daily Logout. This will automatically log out the user at 12:00AM Pacific, every day.
Updated Appearance of Educational Videos on Inspection Results
We’ve updated how Educational Videos appear in your Inspection Results to make it instantly clear when there’s a video for you to watch.
Inspection Builder - Ability to Export Canned Jobs
You can now export Canned Jobs from Inspection Builder to a .CSV file.

The search bar now includes the option to search by Company name.
Default Vehicle Picture
When a photo is not taken of the customer's vehicle during their visit - the vehicle picture will be the default car with stethoscope image.

You're now able to select anywhere on the Repair Order (RO) tile's white space to drag and drop or click to open the RO.
