What's New?
Standardized Preset Date Ranges in Report Center
Preset date range options across the BCP Report Center have been standardized for consistency to display in the same order and naming across reports.
Example of Updated Naming and Ordering:
May 2026
What's New?
Visual Indicator for Edits on TeE-Times Report
Within the TeE-Times Report in the BCP Report Center, if an activity has been edited or added to the report, the row will now highlight in yellow to signify that a change was made.
On the highlighted row, a tooltip with the change history is available for further details about the edited or added activity.
Adjusted KPI Calculations for Internal Inspections
The following KPIs have been updated to exclude appointments with an internal inspection only in the calculations:
Inspection Rate
Vehicle Profile Picture Rate
Recommended Canned Jobs Sold
Value of Canned Jobs Approved
Sold Canned Jobs Rate
Recommendation Rate
Sales to Estimate Rate
Inspection Sent Rate by Appointment
This update should more accurately represent the KPIs with internal inspections fully excluded from metrics.
Inspection Rate Example with Previous Calculation: If a shop has 10 ROs that were inspected and 2 ROs have an internal inspection, the inspection rate shows 80%. (8 Inspection count/10 appointments = 80% IR)
Inspection Rate Example with Updated Calculation: If a shop has 10 ROs that were inspected and 2 ROs have an internal inspection, the inspection rate shows 100%. (8 Inspection count/8 appointments without internal inspections = 100% IR)

- New Column on Inspection Rate & Inspection Sent Rate Exports
Topics Completed Column on Transaction Audit Report
To provide greater visibility into inspection progress at a glance, the Transaction Audit Report now includes a Topics Completed column between the # Inspections and Recommended Actions columns.
This column displays the number of topics completed out of the total topics on the inspection report (e.g., 25 of 34 topics), consistent with the format used in the Historical Inspection Results report.
To view this new column, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Report Center tab.
Select the Transaction Audit Report.
Enter a date range and select Create/Update Report.
Locate the Topics Completed column between # Inspections and Recommended Actions.
Example of the New Column:
Selectable Repair Orders on Transaction Audit Report
To make it easier to review inspection details without leaving the report, repair orders (ROs) in the Repair Order column of the Transaction Audit Report are now selectable. Selecting an RO opens the associated inspection results directly within the same window consistent with the existing behavior in the Historical Inspection Results report.
To use this feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Report Center tab.
Select the Transaction Audit Report.
Enter a date range and select Create/Update Report.
Click any RO in the Repair Order column to open the inspection results for that repair order.
Select the inspection to review from the list of inspection results for that repair order.
Review the results and select Close to return to the Transaction Audit Report.
MultiShop View: Raw KPI Export

New Column on Inspection Rate & Inspection Sent Rate Exports
To provide clarity as to which inspection sheets were completed on an appointment, the Inspection Rate and Inspection Sent Rate raw data exports in BCP now include a column entitled Sheets Performed.
If an appointment had multiple inspections, the Sheets Performed column will contain a comma separated list of all performed sheets.

What's New?
Transition of Legacy Data URL
To ensure you have the most up-to-date tools, we have transitioned away from the legacy data.autovitals.com interface. While we know this was previously used for API debugging, this URL is now inactive. You can find all the same debugging capabilities at: bcp-api-testing.autovitals.com.
Multi-Shop Export Tool in Report Center

Frequently Asked Questions
Which shops can I include in my multi-shop export?
You can only export data for shops that your BCP account has been granted access to. This is determined by your account permissions, not the multi-shop export feature itself.
How long does it take to receive my export?
Most exports complete within a few minutes. However, large exports (many shops, extended date ranges, or high data volume) can take up to 1 hour. You'll receive an email as soon as the export is ready.
What format is the exported file?
Exports are delivered as Excel-compatible files that can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet applications.
Why can't I select specific technicians or service advisors in multi-shop export?
Multi-shop exports automatically include all technicians, service advisors, inspection types, and ROs by default to ensure comprehensive data across multiple locations. Individual filtering for these parameters is available when viewing single-shop reports.
