TVP: Editing Odometer on Repair Orders
Select the pencil icon on a repair order to edit the odometer reading.
Then select Save to confirm.
Send Email & Text Campaigns to Fleet Customers
Campaign audiences can now include, or exclude, fleet customers.
Select Fleet Customers from the Select Audience drop down menu to send to only fleet customers OR use the Include/Exclude radio buttons to select your fleet audience.

Add Vehicle Profile Picture to Any Vehicle in TVP
You can now add or update a vehicle profile picture for any vehicle in Today's Vehicle Page including vehicles that came over from your shop management system. Previously, this was only available for vehicles created directly in TVP/AV.X or at non-integrated shops.
Adding a Profile Picture from the TVP
On the RO tile in TVP, click the vehicle name (e.g., "2017 Audi A3").
In the vehicle details window, select the Vehicle Info tab.
Select Upload Image and choose a photo from your device.
Select Save.
Once saved, the profile picture will appear:
On the Vehicle Info tab
On the RO tile in AV.X
On the customer-facing Inspection Report
Note: For vehicles synced from your shop management system, the rest of the Vehicle Info fields (make, model, year, VIN, mileage, etc.) remain read-only and continue to be managed by your SMS (only the profile picture can be added or updated from TVP). For vehicles created in TVPx/AV.X or at non-integrated shops, the Vehicle Info tab continues to work exactly as before, with all fields fully editable.

Tech View: Workflow Status Bar Visible on Collapsed Tiles
Service Advisors can now view and update a vehicle's workflow status directly from collapsed RO tiles in Tech View without opening them or switching views.

Otto Campaigns writes customer-ready text messages for you - just describe what you want to communicate and the AI creates a draft.
What's new:
Type a brief campaign description and click Generate Text Message to get an AI-drafted SMS
Messages are automatically personalized with placeholders for customer name, vehicle details, and shop info
Beginning on 3/12/26 and over the next three weeks, shops eligible for Otto Campaigns will begin to see the feature available in Campaign Manager.

You can now use AI to improve customer-facing notes for clarity, spelling, grammar, and professionalism before sending inspection results. Available for AutoVitals clients on our SmartFlow, SmartFlow.X, or Digital Shop.X packages.

Color Picker for Service Reminders
You can now customize call to action buttons using the color picker to choose colors beyond your brand template.
Non-Integrated Shops: Manual Job Creation on TVP
This feature enables non-integrated shops to manually create and manage job line items directly within the TVP (Today's Vehicle Page) on repair orders. After a job is manually added to the TVP, it will automatically display on the technician's tablet view in AV.X. Once a job is added, users can:
Add images/attachments
Add shop notes
Add customer notes
Edit job details
Delete job

Adding a Job on TVP
Select RO tile on TVP.
Select Add Job.
Enter Job Title and Job Description.
Select Add Job.

Complete the following actions as needed:
Select the pencil icon to edit the job title or description. (1)
Select the plus icon to add an image or PDF to the job. (2)
Enter Shop Notes. (3)
Enter Customer Notes. (4)
Select the trash icon to delete the job. (5)
Select Send to make the job visible to the customer on the inspection report.

Select the vehicle to view the jobs added from the TVP.
Select the image or note icons to add images or notes to the job as needed.
3. Mark the job complete to view a real-time update on TVP.
