This article will review how to adjust a customer's Rewards Points. If you need to add or remove points for any reason, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Select Customers, then Customer Terminal from the top menu bar in your dashboard.
Select your Market from the list, and the Customer Terminal will open in a new window.
Step 2
To locate a customer, search by rewards card number, email address, phone number, or last name. Then, select Go!
Step 3
If your search results include multiple customers, choose your customer from the list by selecting the Name to access their Rewards Account. Otherwise, you’ll be directed to the customer’s Rewards Account.
From here, depending on which point-of-sale shop management system your business uses, you may be directed to the Customer Account Information page or remain within the Customer Terminal Window, points can be adjusted in both locations.
