The Declined Services Report will provide a list of your customers how have declined a service recommended at your shop. Many dealers use this report to reach out to customers and bring them back in for the recommended service. This article will review how to access and export your report.
Accessing Your Report
Step 1
Select Reporting then Declined Services from the top menu.
Step 2
Use the filters to create your report.
- Market - select your business
- Store - select one or more stores
- Customer Type - Retail, Fleet, Military, or all customer types
- Start and End Date - select the time frame of customer who declined recommended services
Select Update to generate your report.
Export Your Report
Select Download CSV to download a .CSV file of your report. Exporting your report will provide additional information about your customers like contact information, rewards point balance, and which services were declined.
