The Customer Rewards Points Report will provide a list of your customers and their point balances. Many dealers use this report to reach out to customers and let them know as an incentive to come in for service. This article will review how to run and export this report.
Accessing Your Report
- Select Reporting then Customer Rewards Points from the top menu.
- Use the filters to create your report.
- Market - select your business
- Customer Type - Retail, Fleet, Military, or all customer types
- Minimum Point Value - enter the minimum value
- Select Update to generate your report.
- Select Download CSV to download a .CSV file of your report.
