BayIQ - Oil Change Reminder Forecast

BayIQ automatically sends Oil Change Reminder emails or text messages to your customers when they are due for service. Learn how to view your email templates and how often these reminders are sent here.  The Oil Change Reminder Forecast Report shows which customers will be receiving an Oil Change Reminder in the future. Learn how to generate and view this report below. 

 

Accessing Your Report

Step 1 

Select Reporting then Oil Change Reminder Forecast from the top menu.

Step 2 

Use the filters to create your report. 

  • Start Date and End Date 
  • Market - select your business
  • Store - choose one or more stores 
  • Rewards Type - Rewards or Non-Rewards
  • Customer Type - Retail, Fleet, Military, or all customer types
  • Contact Type - email or text
  • Show - select the number of results you'd like to view per page

Select Update to generate your report.

Export Your Report

Select Download CSV in the top right corner to download a .CSV file of your report.
