For point of sale Mitchell, the SmartFlow Add-On which imports data from AutoVitals to Mitchell has a new user interface and the ability to import payments.
New User Interface
If the shop has integration with a payments provider (360 Payments or Global Payments), the payment transaction can now be imported into Mitchell with the click of a button.
1. When the customer completes a payment transaction, it will be available in the “PAY” button
2. Identify the payment record to import by R.O.#.
3. Review payment details and click “Import” to import the payment
TVP.X Messaging a Customer from the RO Tile
Shops can now email or text their customers directly from the RO tile on the TVP.
First, select the Customer’s Name on the RO tile.
Next, the Customer Communication window will open with a new tab, Notify Customer. From this tab you can send either an email or text message to the customer.
Use a Canned Message at the top, select Insert Link and select an inspection result to include, or attach a document.
When complete, select Send Message to deliver the email or text.
