We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to announce updates to our Thank You & Reviews messages, coming October 24, 2024.

This update includes the following changes and new features:

• Schedule Options: Choose delivery time for Thank You messages.
• New Templates: Modern designs for email and text landing pages.
• Text Customization: Personalize text message content.
• CTA Options: New choices: review links, custom CTA, or no CTA.
• We'll Make it Right: Improved landing pages and feedback options.
• Custom Review URL: Direct customers to any website for reviews

FAQs

Q: What happens to my existing Thank You emails? 

A: If you had customized your Thank You email message body prior to this update, the custom verbiage you created will be carried over to the new template. 

All Thank You emails will be sent with the updated layout and text messages will link to the new landing page.
