Updates to Marking Messages as Read
Messages will be marked as read when:

A conversation with an unread message is opened, it will be marked read after 10 seconds.

The email is opened in a new window

If the shop replies to the unread message using the reply arrow
- The shop clicks anywhere on the message box
Switching Messages to Read/Unread Manually
Shops can now select the three dot icon to change the message to read or unread.

FAQ
Q: What happens in the conversation window is already open when a new message comes in?
A: The message will be marked as read when:
- The shop clicks anywhere on the message box
- Mark as read is selected
- The shop replies to the email using the reply button
- The shop closes and reopens the conversation, it will be marked as read after 10 seconds
- An email is opened in a new window
