Conversation Center Filters

The new Conversation Centers allow you to filter by message statuses - unread, read, and clicked.  This additional filter is available on both the Conversation Center homepage and Conversation Thread when a customer has been selected from the list.

Searching by VIN

You can now search for a vehicle by VIN. Enter the VIN, then select Search.

Customer Name Added to Chat Popup

The chat popup will now include the customer's name for easier identification without having to open the chat.
