Overview
For AutoVitals website (only) clients, Appointments are managed in the AutoVitals Dashboard. This includes the ability to confirm, reschedule, or ignore upcoming Appointments.
Accessing the Appointment Dashboard
Access the AutoVitals Appointment Dashboard by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Dashboard: https://shop.autovitals.com/
- Enter your email address and welcome code
- If you don't have a login or don't know your welcome code, please contact our team at webupdates@autovitals.com
- Click Open Legacy Settings in the lower left-hand corner of the screen
- Click Dashboard in the upper left-hand corner
How Appointments Get to the Dashboard
Appointments appear in the Dashboard after a customer schedules an Appointment on the Website, or via Google Business Profile
Using the Dashboard
Once inside the Dashboard, you can:
- View total number of incoming appointment requests
- Confirm, reschedule, and ignore appointment requests
- View driver issues related to appointment requests
