Overview:
Web.X appointments are managed in the TVP dashboard. It includes the ability to confirm, reschedule, or ignore incoming appointments.
How do I access the dashboard?
You can access the dashboard by:
- Navigate to shop.autovitals.com
- Enter your email address and welcome code - If you don’t have a welcome code, contact your Client Marketing Advisor, or webupdates@autovitalsinc.com
- Click the ‘Open Legacy Settings’ in the lower left-hand corner
- Click ‘Dashboard’ in upper left-hand corner
How do appointments get into the dashboard?
Appointments appear in the dashboard after a user schedules an appointment on the website, or on Google Business Profile
What do I do once I am in the dashboard?
Once inside the dashboard you can:
- View total number of incoming appointment requests
- Confirm, reschedule, and ignore appointment requests
- View drivers issues related to appointment requests
