You can choose whether appointments are confirmed for a time or for a date and what displays in the reminders and confirmations
Signature
Appointment Reminder signatures are pulled from an internal setting at AutoVitals. If you need to change the signature name, please reach out to AutoVitals Support
What Are Appointment Reminders
Reminders:
These are email and text messages sent to the motorist in varying increments to remind them of their upcoming appointment.

When Are Reminders Sent
All appointment reminders will be sent to customers via email and/or text message based on their communication preferences.
Appointment scheduled the same day

No reminder is sent
Appointment scheduled for the following day, <24hrs in advance

No reminder is sent
Appointment scheduled 2+ business days in advance

The reminder is sent at 10 am the day before the appointment
Appointment scheduled 2+ weeks in advance

The reminder is sent 10 days prior to the appointment

Another reminder is sent at 10 am the day before the appointment
