When Are Confirmations Sent
All appointment confirmations will be sent to customers via email and/or text message based on their communication preferences.
Appointment scheduled the same day

Confirmation is sent immediately
Appointment scheduled for the following day, <24hrs in advance

Appointment scheduled 2+ business days in advance
