A Step-by-Step Guide on how to Cancel/Reschedule Appointments

1. Click on the three dot menu in the right hand corner of the TVP tile. 
2. Choose an appointment option that best defines the reason for closing out the RO. 
3. Select Submit to save the changes. 

Note: Use the Close Out the Vehicle option to close out any left over tiles on the TVP that have been closed out in the POS.
