Shortened URLs in Text Messages 

URLs included in text messages will no longer start with "https://". 

"From [Shop Name]" No Longer Required in Text Messages

Text messages are no longer required to start with "From [Shop Name]". To remove this text from your message body, use the placeholder [SN] to include the shop name.

Messages that do not include the [SN] placeholder will still be prepended with "From [Shop Name]".

Updated Customer Communication Categories

The names and descriptions of customer communication categories have been updated in multiple locations.

The message templates within each category remain unchanged.

• Added help text to select an inspection result from the menu when the placeholder is present.
