Set Declined Service Reminder Interval
You will now be able to set up the interval you want for declined service reminders to go out to your customers. To update this interval:
- Log into your Account
- Visit your Market Communications page
- Select the Declined Services Rewards template along the left-hand side of the screen
- Enter a number in Days Until Notification
- Select Save Settings at the bottom of the screen

All Email Templates on Communications Page
We’ve made it easier to view all of your email templates for rewards customers AND non-rewards customers by putting them on one page! To view your templates:
- Log into your Account
- Select Marketing along the top navigation bar
- Select Communications
- Scroll down to see your email templates. Use the tabs to view Rewards templates and Non-Rewards templates:
Note: If you have access to more than one Market you will need to select the Market first from the “Settings” drop-down along the top
Add or Remove Bonuses from a Customer’s Account
Now you’ll be able to add or remove Bonuses from a Customer account. You can do this by selecting the red trash can icon to remove a bonus or the green Add Bonus button in the top right-hand corner to add a bonus. See more in our Help Center article.
Small Changes
- Program details have been updated to reflect the current year, 2020, instead of 2019.
- Update to top navigation bar (text overflow)
- Update font and move the Facebook signup button on iframe
- Remove necessity to confirm promotions twice during creation
