Some dealers may have specific services they do not want to award points for. BayIQ allows dealers to exclude specific line items from accruing rewards points. These line items can be specified in your General Market Settings.
Select Settings, then Markets from the top navigation menu.
Scroll until you find Line Item Exclusions. Enter the line item code into this field. When transactions are received from your point of sale, our system will search for those specific line items and exclude them when awarding rewards points.
Example: To exclude tire purchases, a dealer might enter a line item code like r16, r17, r18.
Note: Depending on your point of sale system, BayIQ may not receive line items with your transactions. If you have any questions contact our Support Team by clicking Submit a Request in the top right-hand corner of this page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save General Settings.
