Rewards points help increase customer loyalty, how often your customer returns, and how much they spend each visit.
Earning Rewards Points
Customers earn 1 point for every 1 dollar they spend at your shop, excluding taxes and fees. The dollar value of the points earned is determined by the Rewards Conversion Rate. This is a percentage which is multiplied by the number of points to provide the value of the points earned.
Your shop can determine if there are any labor or parts line items you wish to exclude from the rewards program so customers do not earn points on those items. This can be defined in your system settings and edited any time.
Rewards Point Value
There are 3 different types of Customer Types for Rewards Accounts: Retail, Military, and Fleet. Each customer type can have a different Rewards Conversion Rate. For example, if your Rewards Conversion rate for Retail customers is 3% and your customer spends $100, your customer would earn $3 to use toward a future service.
