BayIQ - How to Edit or Reactivate a Promotion

This article will review how to edit a promotion that has previously been created, including reactivating inactive or expired promotions. 

Edit a Promotion 

Step 1

To create a promotion, select Marketing from the menu at the top, then Promotions.

Step 2

Select the promotion you'd like to edit from the active promotions list by clicking the promotion name.

Step 3

Make any changes to the form fields, choose where you'd like the promotion displayed under Visibility then scroll to the bottom and select Save.

Reactivate a Promotion 

Step 1

If you'd like to activate an inactive promotion or reuse an expired promotion, select either the Inactive or Expired tab to locate your promotion. Then select your promotion from the list by clicking the name. 

Step 2

Next, update any promotion details, update your display preferences, change the effective dates if necessary, and select the Active toggle to active your promotion. Then, scroll to the bottom and select save.
