Enhancements - What's New?
Timestamps on Customer Inspection Results
Each shop can now determine if they would like to show (or not) timestamps on their images in customer inspection results.
This only applies to Customer View and the actual Inspection Results sent, not Shop View.
To turn this on or off, please follow the steps below:

Open shop settings

Navigate to the Inspection tab

Navigate to the setting Display Image Timestamps in Customer View

Use the radio buttons to turn this setting on or off

This will save automatically
Conversation Center Summary Changes
The number of Incoming and Unseen messages on the TVPx header will now reflect pending messages for all time (previously 72 hours).
To help manage pending messages for this new time horizon, we've added a Select All checkbox. This checkbox will serve as a shortcut to mark all of the Incoming messages as read or, mark all Unseen messages as seen.
