Enhancements - What's New?
Ability to prompt Service Advisor if there are incomplete jobs on the workorder when moving the vehicle to Waiting for Pickup
Campaign Manager Update: Turn on/off call-to-action
The campaign manager can now send emails and texts without a call-to-action.
The call-to-action is either a link (in the texts) or a button (in the email) directing the customer to a campaign landing page where they can see additional information about the campaign. The campaign landing page may include information on their particular vehicle and allows them to schedule an appointment. If that is not needed, the call-to-action can now be turned off for either the text messages or emails or both.
NAPA TRACS Enterprise: Change to how "Job" Type Items are Displayed on the AutoVitals Work Order
