Enhancements - What's New?
Service Advisor Initials on RO Tiles
Previously, the RO tiles on the TVP displayed the first initial of a Service Advisor’s first name, and first initial of their last name. Now, if there is an entry in the Initials field, the RO tile will display the initials instead:
Standardized Display of Labor Lines When They are Part of a Job Group
-
Background: Some point of sale systems have labor and parts grouped together into a job group, or “service” or “package”, as some call it. Sometimes the labor lines have very little description, so the person viewing the labor line doesn’t know what the labor is for unless they see the job group description as well. In AutoVitals, the job group was not always shown together on the inspection reports or service history; this varied by point of sale system.
-
NEW Behavior: AutoVitals will now display the job group description consistently, regardless of point of sale system. The job group description will be displayed after the labor name for all of the labor lines in the job group.
As shown below, using Protractor as an example:
-
There is a Labor line, “Labor”
-
in the Job Group, “Battery General Service”
-
and a Labor line, “Labor”
-
in the Job Group, “Battery Charge”
And in AutoVitals, using the inspection results as an example:
-
The Labor line, “Labor”
-
The Job Group, “Battery General Service”
-
The Labor line, “Labor”
-
The Job Group, “Battery Charge
Campaign Landing Page Modification When Creating or Editing a Campaign
In the last release, we created the ability for a user to turn OFF the call-to-action on an email and/or text campaign. This release, we updated functionality so the landing page option step in the Campaign Manager is grayed out if both text and email campaigns have the call-to-action option turned off.
